Dr. Douaa Girgis has been providing exceptional dental care to the Southeastern Massachusetts community since 1996. With a passion for helping people achieve optimal oral health, she takes joy in restoring her patients’ ability to eat comfortably, speak clearly, and smile with confidence.
Dr. Girgis offers a wide range of services, with particular expertise in Invisalign®, implant restorations, veneers, Botox®, and crown and bridge work. She approaches each case with skill, artistry, and a deep commitment to her patients’ comfort and long-term well-being.

Kelly Hygienist
Kelly has been a dental hygienist for over 2 decades, graduating from Bristol Community College in 2004 and has spent her entire dental career with the team at Esthetic Dentistry Refined. Her main priority is creating a comfortable experience while educating patients on oral health. Kelly finds it especially rewarding when patients see and feel a difference in their smiles and improvement in their dental health. She is motivated to promote healthy smiles and boost patients’ self confidence. When not in the office, Kelly loves spending time with her husband and 2 daughters. She enjoys cruising, trips to Disney World and getting lost in a good book.
Stephanie Hygienist
Stephanie is a licensed dental hygienist with a passion for promoting oral health and creating positive patient experiences. With 17 years of experience, she specializes in preventative care, patient education, and gentle yet thorough cleanings. Stephanie's goal is to make every patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident about their smile. She stays current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene to provide the highest standard of care, while building trusting, long-term relationships with patients of all ages.
Katelyn Hygienist
Kate is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from Cape Cod Community College in 2023. She is passionate about promoting oral health through patient education and providing gentle, thorough care during every visit. With a focus on creating a comfortable and positive experience, Kate enjoys building trust with patients and helping them achieve confident, healthy smiles.

I've been a dental assistant for 30 years, employed by Dr. Girgis for 28. She has guided me and taught me all I know. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my kids, beach days, reading and traveling.

I’m Michaela, and I’m proud to work alongside Dr. Girgis as part of our dental team, both chairside and at the front desk. My goal is to ensure every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and welcome from the moment they arrive. I greet each patient with kindness, a genuine smile, and a calm, friendly presence. Building trust and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors is what I love most about my work

I've been working at the front desk here for about a year while attending school full-time. I'm part-time, but I enjoy being part of the team and helping patients feel welcome. Outside of work and school, I love traveling and exploring new places.
